While we all prefer the idea of a magical little pill, the simple fact is that ED is largely under our own simple control. In large part, we have control in our everyday habits over what ends up happening. While we don’t like to recognize it, oftentimes we aren’t actually helping ourselves as much as we preferably would. We aren’t giving ourselves the healthy diet and exercise plan, and so things like heart disease and type 2 diabetes that are also in a way side effects thereof, can contribute to and even cause ED. So a big part of actually addressing ED is not so much taking some magical little pill, but cleaning up your own behavior. Eat more fruits, vegetables, take a multivitamin, get some exercise.

But let’s assume that you’re already doing all of this and you’re still having problems. Maybe it’s genetic. Maybe you’re just getting older, it definitely does happen, has since the break of time right? So what do you do then? Do you take ExtenZe? Does ExtenZe work? That is something we consider about any supplement we consider taking.

ExtenZe has a wide array of ingredients and components to some degree. It has some potentially good ingredients, and so ideally speaking, it could work. But the flat out question of does ExtenZe work? No, not nearly as well as diet and exercise, and frankly some would say not at all. It puts forward a good face. But they do not actually have the right amounts. So ultimately speaking, ExtenZe will never come through.

However, you can check out another product Orexis. Orexis has everything that ExtenZe does not, and when it comes to addressing ED that isn’t responding to diet and exercise or if you just need help along the way.

There are good and bad ways to cleanse your colon. But one of the simplest ways is a mixture of bentonite and psyllium husk. Yes, it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles you might find elsewhere. But it has all the ingredients you really need, and you can even make it at home. Bentonite is a clay that actually works inside your body to pull toxins out. It has a charge that is the opposite of the charge of toxins.

So magnetically speaking, they are attracted to each other, and therefore when bentonite clay lets itself out of your body, it takes toxins with it. Likewise, psyllium husk is actually a powerful fiber. It can sweep out waste that has built up in your system and basically regulate your digestive tract to some degree. When you combine these two, you will obviously naturally cleanse your system and pull out toxins at the same time for the full and optimum effect.

And frankly, it takes out the complications of figuring out if you’re allergic to different ingredients or if some don’t mix well or for that matter if it has diuretics or something else. You can just count on it actually working.
